Before yesterday, anybody could post stories and get in the discussion.

Unfortunately, an anonymous poster using the name of BUSH invaded this space and splattered it with the most foul-mouthed language he could think of. Fortunately, he didn't have the capacity to think of more than one or two things, and those didn't require the use of words with more than four letters, so it didn't take as long to clean up his nonsense as it might have.

Now everybody who wants to post here will have to register beforehand, and sign in when you come back.

When you see a story in a paper you want to share, post it here in the appropriated section, and zip us an email (which is on this site in the Contact Us section).

The goal is to make this site a go-to place for local Democrats, so I'll be constantly sending out prompts to the MCDC mailing list.

Now it's time to put that big toe in the water and register.
